Model edukasi untuk meningkatkan kompetensi perawat paliatif: Tinjauan sistematis

Abstract


Pendahuluan:Kebutuhan perawatan paliatif yang meningkat, belum diimbangi dengan peningkatan kualitas pelayanan. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan model edukasi yang efektif terhadap kompetensi perawatan paliatif. Tujuanpenelitian ini, yaitu mensintesis secara terstruktur berdasarkan hasil penelitian (1) kompetensi perawatan paliatif dan (2) metode edukasi yang efektif untuk meningkatkan kompetensi perawatan paliatif.Metode: Desain penelitian systematic review. Sumber data: Science Direct, SAGE journals, EBSCO host, Willey Online, PubMed, Scopus, dan Proquest.Kriteria inklusi: Artikel diterbitkan tahun 2012-2022, berbahasa inggris, teks lengkap, responden perawat paliatid, intervensi edukasi, dan penelitian termasuk ekperimental. Hasil:Terdapat 4 metode pendidikan yang efektif untuk meningkatkan kompetensi perawat yaitu: metode ceramah, workshop, multimedia, dan simulasi. Kompetensi perawat dalam perawatan paliatif meliputi persepsi, sikap pengetahuan, efikasi diri, dan kompetensi klinis. Simpulan:Metode edukasi dan simulasi multimedia merupakan metode yang paling efektif untuk meningkatkan kompetensi perawatan paliatif (pengetahuan, sikap, dan kompetensi).
