The Effect of Complete Systematic Land Registration Acceleration Program (PTSL) on Legal Certainty of Land Rights

Abstract


The aims of this research are: 1) to determine and analyze the effect of the Implementation of the Complete Systematic Land Registration Acceleration Program (PTSL) on Legal Certainty of Land Rights in Brebes Regency. 2) to find out and analyze the obstacles in the Implementation of the Complete Systematic Land Registration Acceleration Program (PTSL) on Legal Certainty of Land Rights in Brebes Regency. 3) to find out and analyze solutions in overcoming obstacles in the implementation of the Complete Systematic Land Registration Acceleration Program (PTSL) on Legal Certainty of Land Rights in Brebes Regency. Based on the results of data analysis, it is concluded that: The effect of the Implementation of the Complete Systematic Land Registration Acceleration Program (PTSL) on Legal Certainty of Land Rights in Brebes Regency has a very large impact on the community. The community can make a certificate in a relatively short time and at a relatively low cost, and public awareness of the importance of securing rights to the lands they own is increasing. It's just that the effect of the implementation of the Complete Systematic Land Registration Acceleration Program (PTSL) on land registration regularly or sporadically has a very significant impact, namely the travel of files registered with the Land Agency of Brebes Regency to be relatively slower than the previously estimated timeframe.
