Based on the results of the research, the implementation of law enforcement regarding traffic violations based on electronic traffic law enforcement has been effective, because every traffic violator caught on CCTV cameras will be recorded in the system that has been prepared. Through the identified number plate, the ticket will then be delivered to the address of the traffic violator. If not completed then the process will not be served. So the fines must be resolved first. Constraints by Law Enforcement Officials Regarding Traffic Violations Based on Electronic Traffic Law enforcement and their solutions. The obstacles are the facilities and infrastructure needed in large quantities so that they require large funds, people who do not obey the rules, and a more orderly culture of society if there are police on duty. The solution to this problem is that the Police can work together with local governments in preparing ETLE facilities and infrastructure, the Police must intensively conduct socialization related to ETLE, the placement of officers on guard is still needed to anticipate traffic violations outside ETLE that cannot be done through ETLE.
