TELAAH KRITIS KONTEN KURIKULUM PAI MADRASAH IBTIDAIYAH DI MI MA’ARIF BUMIHARJO BOROBUDUR MAGELANG

Abstract


Islamic Religious Education (PAI) is a subject that is carried out throughout all levels of education from elementary to tertiary institutions. Through Islamic Religious Education (PAI) subjects can instill spiritual values in students. One component of education that can be developed and innovated is the curriculum. The curriculum which was innovated at the Madrasah Ibtidaiyah/MI (Setingakat SD) education level is the 2013 MI Madrasah curriculum for PAI subjects. The aim of this research is to find out the implementation of the PAI curriculum at MI Ma'arif Bumiharjo Borobudur, what are the obstacles faced, and what the evaluation results are like. Researchers conducted this study using qualitative methods with interview, observation, and documentation techniques. The results of the study show that the implementation of the PAI curriculum at MI Ma'arif Bumiharjo Borobudur uses the 2013 madrasa curriculum even though the scientific approach has not been widely applied. The obstacles faced come from the teacher and manager / organizer factors. The results of the evaluation of the application of PAI subjects by applying the 2013 curriculum at MI Ma'arif Bumiharjo Borobudur still have not had the maximum impact due to the obstacles encountered.
