Implementation of Court Determination on The Sell and Purchase Process Towards Officials of Land Associates who are Herities Under The Age

Abstract

Research aims to review and analyze the implementation of court orders, constraints and solutions to overcome the obstacles in the determination of the Purwokerto District Court on the Sale and Purchase Process before Land Deed Making Officials (PPAT) of the inheritance owned by children as heirs are still under age.
