JURNAL AKTA

JURNAL AKTA (e-ISSN : 2581-2114, p-ISSN: 2406-9426) is a peer-reviewed journal published by Master Program (S2) Notary, Faculty of Law, Sultan Agung Islmic University. Previously JURNAL AKTA was published 4 times a year, but due to the consideration of improving the quality and importance of international index registration / SCOPUS, the policy was changed to be twice a year, namely March and September. This journal provides immediate open access to its content on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge.

The aims of this journal is to provide a venue for academicians, researchers, and practitioners for publishing the original research articles or review articles. The scope of the articles published in this journal deals with a broad range of topics in the fields of Notarial Law and another section related contemporary issues in notarial of law.

This journal has been acredited Nationally Accredited Journal by the Ministry of Research, Technology, and Higher Education of the Republic of Indonesia in Grade (Sinta 2) since 27 December 2021 according to the decree No. 164/E/SKP/2021
