Abstract


In this modern era and the development of technology that continues to develop significantly encourages many parties to make better use of technology wisely & well, and maximally, this is also utilized by the government. In providing public services including the Directorate General of General Legal Administration (Ditjen AHU) Ministry of Law and Human Rights of the Republic of Indonesia. It is hoped that in the future it will be better and require commitment from the general public, especially those related to the Fiduciary Guarantee.
