PENGARUH COWORKER SUPPORT DAN KEPEMIMPINAN TRANSFORMASIONAL TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN DENGAN EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT SEBAGAI VARIABEL MEDIASI
Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan memberikan bukti empiris mengenai adanya peran variabel Employee Engagement sebagai variabel intervening antara pengaruh Coworker Support dan Kepemimpinan Transformasional terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Populasi penelitian ini adalah 246 karyawan Rumah Sakit Nasional Diponegoro, Kota Semarang. Pengambilan sampel penelitian ini dilakukan dengan teknik random sampling. Jumlah responden yang mengisi kuesioner penelitian ini sebanyak karyawan. Uji hipotesis penelitian ini dilakukan dengan analisis regresi linear berganda (multiple linear regression) dengan menggunakan aplikasi Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa (1) coworker support memiliki pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan (2) coworker support memiliki pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap employee engagement (3) kepemimpinan transformasional memiliki pengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan (4) kepemimpinan transformasional memiliki pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap employee engagement (4) employee engagement memiliki pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja kinerja karyawan.
