HUBUNGAN ANTARA NILAI INDIVIDU DENGAN ADAPTABILITAS KARIR PADA MAHASISWA UNIVERSITAS ISLAM SULTAN AGUNG

Abstract


Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara nilai individu dengan adaptabilitas karir pada mahasiswa Universitas Islam Sultan Agung. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif, dengan populasi mahasiswa Strata 1 angkatan 2018-2019 di Fakultas Bahasa dan Ilmu Komunikasi, Fakultas Ekonomi, dan Fakultas Psikologi. Metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan disproportionate stratified random sampling dengan 279 mahasiswa sebagai sampel penelitian. Dua alat ukur yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah skala nilai individu dengan konsistensi internal 0,83 dan skala adaptabilitas karir dengan konsistensi internal 0.92. Teknik analisis data menggunakan korelasi product moment. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya hubungan antara nilai individu dengan adaptabilitas karir pada mahasiswa Universitas Islam Sultan Agung. Hasil uji korelasi anatara nilai individu dengan adaptabilitas karir diperoleh nilai 0,512 dengan taraf signifikansi 0,000 (p<0,005). Nilai individu memberikan sumbangan efektif sebesar 26,2% pada adaptabilitas karir. Hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan positif yang signifikan antara nilai individu dengan adaptabilitas karir pada mahasiswa Universitas Islam Sultan Agung.
